Chris Toews brings a wealth of experience and passion to his role as Vice President of Business Development at Acies Renovations, with a background that spans over 15 years in management roles and a lifetime in construction and design. Chris combines his diverse expertise to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
Chris is dedicated to working closely with all client prospects, meticulously handling quotes, designs, and project details to ensure every aspect of their remodeling journey is seamless and satisfying. His commitment to excellence extends beyond client interactions; he is also instrumental in expanding our team by integrating the latest technology and forging new vendor partnerships.
For Chris, a home is the most important asset in a person's life, and he finds true satisfaction in turning clients' dreams into reality. He is passionate about design and thrives on creating innovative solutions that help clients achieve their goals within budget. Victor Toews
Project Coordinator
Victor Toews serves as the Project Coordinator at our Acies Renovations, bringing a wealth of experience and a keen eye for detail to every project. Victor is dedicated to ensuring that each customer's vision is realized while staying within budget. He expertly coordinates product selections with customers and liaises with vendors to secure the best materials and services. Additionally, Victor schedules installation inspections as required, ensuring compliance and smooth project progression.
Before joining our team, Victor honed his skills at a consulting engineering firm, where he worked as a construction coordinator. In this role, he oversaw the work of 3 to 10 construction technicians, depending on the season, gaining invaluable experience in managing diverse teams and complex projects.
Originally from Champaign-Urbana, Illinois, Victor relocated to the Ormond Beach, Daytona Beach area in 2017. Despite the move, he remains an avid supporter of Illinois football and basketball teams, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and his granddaughter's soccer team. When he's not busy coordinating projects or cheering on his favorite sports teams, Victor enjoys bowling and golf.
Victor is a proud father of one son and one daughter and a devoted grandfather to three granddaughters. As a widower, he cherishes the time spent with his family and embraces the joy they bring to his life.
Donald Winn
My name is Donald Winn, I work for Acies Home Improvements. I'm 52 years of age,have 3 children and 2 grandchildren. I'm happily married to my wife of 20 years. We recently celebrated our 20th anniversary. I'm from Kentucky but have lived in Florida for years. I have several years of experience in remodeling and I've been working for Acies for years. I love sports in general, but I'm a bowler of over 30 years with a 210 plus average and multiple perfect games. I enjoy what I do and take pride in my work.
Robin Williams
Branch Manager
Robin Williams serves as the Branch Manager at our remodeling company, bringing a comprehensive skill set that ensures smooth operations and exceptional customer experiences. In her role, Robin expertly handles invoicing, introduction paperwork, vendor payments, customer service, and deposits. Her dedication to assisting clients in setting up their remodels with our crew ensures that each project begins with a solid foundation and leads to the best possible outcomes.
Robin is passionate about delivering customized remodeling solutions that make our company stand out. She believes in providing a personalized touch, ensuring clients are comfortable and familiar with the team working in their homes. This commitment to treating every home as if it were her own underscores her dedication to customer satisfaction and excellence in the final product.
With a robust background as a Mortgage Loan Originator and a Realtor, Robin brings a wealth of experience from both sides of the real estate industry. Her extensive customer service experience and qualifications as a Notary further enhance her ability to support our clients through every step of their remodeling journey.
Outside of her professional life, Robin enjoys a range of hobbies, including horseback riding, training horses, and spending quality time with her husband and their three dogs. She also loves engaging in various outdoor activities, which reflect her vibrant and active lifestyle.
Paul Greso
Operations / Project Manager
Paul's career in construction spans 40 years. He brings experience, dedication, and versatility to every project—along with a skill set he learned by working in various trades, as well as planning and executing hundreds of projects. Paul is detailed in his approach to all facets of the construction process. He executes effective verbal and written communication during project development, assuring all parties are clearly and concisely informed. By listening to clients and exchanging ideas, Paul strives for mutually agreeable solutions to propel projects smoothly and successfully from conception to completion.
Here at Acies Paul is involved from Inception of the project. Coordinating the scope of work with the contractors as well as the owner/manager of the properties. He will be communicating throughout with all inspectors to ensure that the project stays on schedule and on Budget. He will be doing site visits as needed and will perform the Substantial Completion List with the owner/manager responsible for the property. He will then ensure that that list is completed in a timely fashion. He is skilled in the following: Project /Operations /Construction / Facility Management ,Revenue growth/Due Diligence, Employee training and development, Developing relationships, Customer service, Knowledge of all trades, Safety/OSHA, Build outs, Modular Industry.
